Responsibilities:

The IT Communications Content Intern is in charge of producing engaging content related to L’Oréal IT topics, spanning from IT branding to Beauty Tech, Cybersecurity, IT events, EVP contents, New ways of working and, more globally, everything that is related to L’Oréal IT strategy.

This engaging content aims at connecting IT topics with our main targets:

  • 1,500 IT teams worldwide (IT for IT)
  • Our main business partners inside the company (IT for Business)
  • 82,000 L’Oréal employees worldwide (IT for Employees)
  • Future recruits to L’Oréal IT (EVP)


    Here are the main responsibilities of the job:
  • Develop engaging IT Content on our roadmap, including IT contribution to Beauty Tech, New Cybersecurity Campaign, IGNITE Contest (L’Oréal global accelerator program), major L’Oréal IT events, new tools & solutions for employees, IT achievements, EVP contents to fuel the Linkedin L’Oréal IT page ,always with a journalistic tone;
  • Organize this content into an Editorial Calendar and make sure content is delivered on time through effective emailing campaigns;
  • Measure the performance of the Content (tests and ROI) to drive more efficiency;

What are the requirements to apply? 

·         You are in the process of completing your Master’s degree (Master 1 & Master 2)

·         Your school/university is providing a convention/contract 

·         You speak either French or English fluently (speaking both languages is an asset)
