SAP RUN/EDI Transformation Lead ( 75% )
Ability to lead a transformation of an existing operating model to either improve or set-up new services in a Zone or across multiples organizations Travel and Retail, Operations, Global IT to promote best practices.
Able to steer vendors across zones to deliver action plans.
Promote and enforce simplification, rationalization and globalization whilst reducing the service charge.
Monitor improvements, SLA, KPI
Set-up a plan, change management (including communication), metrics to track the roll-out of new process and standardization across multiple geographies.
Enforce and adjust the use of supporting tools such as Service Now for all ITIL processes. Enforce automation of SLA computations.
Implement the governance to steer the deployment on a zone/global footprint.
Assess areas to improve and propose remediation plan.
Ensure that the Change initiative meets its objectives of increasing usage of the systems and technology focusing on the people side of change around vendor management and ITIL capabilities.
Demonstrating a structured change management approach integrated with agile project management involving high collaboration and diverse (technical and non-technical) stakeholders
Developing and managing tailored program plans for deployment and change to drive adoption and minimize resistance across our clients.
Act as a Service Delivery Manager (25%) for a scope to develop l’Oreal company and businesses understanding.
