The EMEA Salesforce Product Leader is part of the Sales and Marketing team at IT EMEA. IT EMEA is beginning to standardize all Sales & Marketing solutions on a single integrated SF Platform, aiming to deliver modern, agile B2B products to L’Oréal’s internal users and customers in Europe’s countries.
The role of the Product Leader (Marketing Cloud and AI) is to develop and promote the activities on the EMEA B2B Salesforce Platform dealing with B2B CRM areas (Marketing, Einstein and cross-cloud products) for all divisions and all countries of the zone. The Product Leader will be a technical and functional referent of the Platform. He/She will work very closely with different teams to contribute to leverage Salesforce.com Platform within the EMEA zone.
Define the architecture for Marketing and Einstein products built on Salesforce platform.
Work closely with the Product Owner and Agile squads to elaborate and design the Product and Feature Roadmap.
Integrate and challenge functionalities in collaboration with the Platform Authority.
Drive or contribute to Proof of Concepts or MVPs.
Lead and manage all stages of development in a distributed Agile team.
Deliver releases within the QCT framework.
Participate and Contribute to Upstream phases such as RFI and RFP for solution/vendor selection
Collaborate with other teams in IT EMEA (Infrastructure, Security, Integration etc) to improve the platform continuously (around strategy and tooling)
Contribute and follow guidelines, principles and standards at the platform Level.
Provide teams with expert support and knowledge.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXERIENCE :
4 years’ Salesforce development/implementation experience minimum with at least 2 years in similar position
Very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM architecture, end to end implementation and integration with various business systems, ideally in a complex, international, large scale environment.
Experience in designing and developing software components
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
Good level of English both written and spoken, as most of our projects involve international business and/or international IT Teams.
Good experience in Agile would be a +.
Experience in CPG and/or Luxe industry would be a +
Good relational skills: Ability to define, present and define architectural choices. Analytical and synthesis skills. Strong autonomy, action oriented
CRM Solution technical skills
Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, or others
Experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Classes and Triggers
Salesforce.com Certifications (Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Sales Cloud etc)
High level of expertise in Heroku Development & Analytics
Good comprehension of Integration with Cloud and on premise systems
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer science or related field
