Context:

In the context of an IT Transformation, L’Oréal is willing to articulate most of its IT4IT processes around the Servicenow platform

Thus, L’Oréal is looking at extending its IT4IT capabilities by hiring a technical architect.

As such, the technical architect will:

                    Define architecture and solutions, consistent with all other group solutions and in alignment with business needs

  • Lead transformation and implementation projects, aligned with technical standards and  group security constraint
  • Ensure the appropriate level of communication (internal & external) in order to guarantee the delivery quality.
  • Collaborate with every technical team of Global IT
  • Contribute to IT4IT strategy

Job details:

  • Animate technical architecture workshops / business process / technical interfaces
  • Advocate technical choices, while guaranteeing the run
  • Ensure a technological intelligence
  • Analyse new solutions and impact on the IT4IT platform
  • Ensure an expertise for level 3 support
  • Ability to diagram the solution, present and demo the solutions is a must
  • Creates, documents ServiceNow configuration, design, development, and integration; communicates best practices/frameworks
  • Develops solutions across the IT4IT platform to utilize automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow, focused on leveraging business services with out of the box capabilities
  • Provide technical coaching and oversight to junior developers
  • Work with cross-functional team in an agile and fast-paced development environment to define user stories and tasks
  • Architects new ways of solving problems using the IT4IT platform
  • Reviews and recommends where IT4IT platform fits into the enterprise architecture roadmap

Team: Working closely with:

  • The factory, in charge of the development on the platform
  • The Servicenow app manager
  • The internal dev team (both in ITG and zones)
  • Any other technical team

  • Manage third party and external partners
  • Communicate with the IT4IT network
