As part of the Digital and E-Commerce APAC team, work with internal stakeholders (E-Merchandising, Marketing, finance) – as well as external partners (agencies, marketplace…) to deliver best-in-class E-Commerce revenue and experience.

Responsible for the strategy and implementation of our online business priorities in order to grow to grow traffic, improve conversion, and drive new customer acquisition.

Collaborate and work closely with Agencies and Brand teams to allocate the optimum budget for Channels and ensuring seamless execution per plan.

Identifying the channels that are not performing and performing a GAP analysis to understand the area of improvement.

Contribute to category marketing plans and category analysis as well as promotional strategy

Consolidate results and KPIs on Weekly and Monthly basis

Monitor E-Commerce trends, interesting initiatives and competitors’ best practices in Digital ecosystem

Responsible for the traffic and conversion to our “Etailer shop in shop” and “Website with upcoming Social Integration” in close collaboration with our digital performance team.

Pilot offsite and online SEO/SEM activities to maximize revenue and ROI

Develop engaging contents and campaigns in close collaboration with our digital content team

Working with FaceBook and Google Team to understand on how can we optimize on our channel with a good ROAS
