Lead and drive the profitability and business growth of a group of categories under L'Oréal Paris Cosmetics through strategic marketing planning and execution


Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure Brand performance and growth i.e. sell-out & market share within optimum balance management of expenditure to deliver profitability objectives
  • Formulate and implement strong marketing plans; craft, propose, follow through and monitor marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences across all touch points including in-store retail, e-commerce & digital
  • Maintain strong cross functional liaisons internally; between regional teams, trade marketing, commercial, supply chain and finance
  • Take selective bets on high potential launches based on analysis of historical data and forward projections aligned with the brand ambitions
  • Adapt communication material as required (imagery, digital, point of sale) to be relevant, effective and meaningful to target consumers
  • Work closely with the media and digital team and agencies to make recommendations on media and PR with sound rationale and ROI
  • Ensure strong understanding of trade and commercial as well as consumer insights, shopper habits and beauty trends
  • Proactive management of all business and marketing aspects related to the assigned portfolio i.e Forecasting, Promotions, P&L management

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Marketing experience in FMCG or Beauty Industry
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen required
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership skills as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Has an eye for beauty and a strong interest in Make Up and trends
