Lead the strategy and growth of the Make Up category for the brand by developing strategy, orchestrating launches and pushing growth of pillar products that will contribute to a continued growth for the brand and consumer relationship

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & plan short and long term strategy for the Make Up category
  • Executes and monitors strategy to maintain and accelerate growth in brand category and key product pillars
  • Leads the execution of the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Takes on a leadership role in collaborating with other functions and departments i.e. Retail, Merchandising, PR, Logistics, Demand Planner, Media Agencies, Education etc. to build on the plans to support strategy with winning results
  • Manage A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy
Requirements:
  • More than 4 years of experience in Marketing. Experience from the Beauty industry is an added advantage
  • Strong operational skills i.e. execution, strong follow up and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Strong stakeholder management, and teamwork
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
