Summary
The Trade Marketing personnel is responsible in building PPD brands’ equity and driving strong in-salon brand presence through strategic channels and key business partners activation planning which encompasses salon upgrade, merchandising & POSM development, key accounts activation and planning. The personnel will also be responsible in driving strong collaboration across Product teams, Commercial, Education, Digital, & agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and continuously enhance brand salon emotion concept in both salon and selective channels with customization and adaptations
• Enhance consumer experience in-store by channeling consumer insights & leveraging brand positioning and DNA
• Implement the merchandising solutions for in-salon touch points including retail display, colorbar, backbar, window display, visual spaces, and other POS materials in line with brand direction
• Develop effective trade marketing communication according to brand direction via close collaboration with marketing teams
• Responsible for design, sourcing, and execution on permanent merchandising display and other merchandising materials via strong collaboration with marketing
• Assist with brand planogram for salons and selective channel distribution points and other permanent merchandising displays based on a deep understanding of consumer journey, product launch plan, brand strategy and merchandising guidelines
• Support marketing team on the execution of trade / public events
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the conceptualization, fabrication / production, delivery, installation and maintenance of merchandising materials
• Close collaboration with brand key accounts to work on salon activation initiatives with the purpose of consumer recruitment and engagement
• Update key visuals and merchandising catalogues
• Manage trade marketing budget allocated by brands
• 3-5 years Experience in trade marketing
• Strong knowhow and collaborative skills in Managing multiple stakeholders to achieve objective i.e Commercial and Product team
• Experience in managing suppliers to ensure execution of trade activation is timely executed
• Ability to manage excel and track work progress and manage budgets
