Currently we’re recruiting for a Benelux Subcontracting Manager for the consumer product division at our head-office in Hoofddorp.

What will you be doing?

As a subcontracting manager you will be working in a team of 4, including the subcontracting team manager to whom you’ll report. You’re (amongst others) responsible for:

• Managing the weekly/monthly subcontracting operations
• Stock level management at our subcontractors
• Time management for the production of locally made displays, duo-packs, gift-sets, etc.
• Clear communication about timing risks and opportunities to various stakeholders
• Setting priorities for our subcontracting jobs to optimize our service level
• Taking initiative in the improvement of the subcontracting processes and help to think along of ways to reduce cost
• Follow-up of promotions with supply planning, marketing, and sales
• Application of group norms with regards to quality, traceability, etc.

You:

• Are in the possession of a Master’s degree
• Have a clear affinity with Supply Chain and the dynamics of FMCG
• Possess strong analytical skills and have an eye for details
• Can set priorities in a VUCA world
• Speak English, and Dutch or French
