ABOUT THE JOB

  • Managing the flow and processing of negotiated returns
  • Monitoring, investigating, and processing of Key Account supply claims
  • Identification of trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinating communications with third party support channel for Ecommerce platform
  • Processing journal credits and debits on behalf of the division
  • Coordinating and processing the upload of payment files
  • Monthly reporting
  • Adhoc tasks to assist the wider team.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Care/Key Account Liaison Role
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Customer driven with a proactive and positive attitude
  • An eye for detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines and take ownership and accountability of your work
  • Collaborative work style, as you will be part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills, a good working knowledge of Excel and preferably experience using SAP
