What are we looking for?


Active Cosmetics Division is currently looking for a key account administrator (KAA) to ensure and execute in-store optimization and coordinate all store operations activities between office and field staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with internal and external parties, primarily marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure execution of ideal merchandizing plans.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure that all normal and promotion POSM are placed according to launch plans and promotion activity plan operations.
  • Assisting in ground operations occasionally and updating of monthly sales reports
  • Perform simple analysis of monthly sales performance to generate reports
  • Derive write-up templates to increase work productivity
  • Assist in administrative functions like presentation slides and operational duties
  • Interact and coordinate with internal sales team for merchandising and operational duties
  • May be required to conduct store audits occasionally
  • Support the extended commercial team, ensure consistent quality of service between L’Oréal and clientele base

You will be working under the Active Consumer Products Division of the L’Oreal group based in Singapore. The team is the main force that drives revenue growth and our mission is to ensure that L’Oreal remains the No.1 beauty company in the world.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Competent in MS excel – Pivot table and V-Lookup is preferred
  • Outgoing personality, with effective communication skills
  • Meticulous, has an eye for details
  • Inquisitive with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver within tight timelines
