Job title: Digital traffic project Coordinator (based in Singapore)

Position in the organization: Reports to the APAC CPD CDO
The Digital traffic project manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our digital content production with internal and external stakeholders, for our different online platforms (ecommerce and social media channels).
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should be super organized, and can ensure the successful delivery of recurring projects, on deadline, week in and week out. Attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment are non-negotiable traits.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Assist the regional digital and ecommerce team by scheduling workflow for monthly digital assets across ecommerce and social media channels
Maintain and help create a master content calendar across multiple brands
Develop and manage project timelines for a cross-functional team of marketing, ecommerce and graphic design team.
Work and manage with several type of external agencies (creative, photography and animation)
Responsible of our assets management and deliveries through online tools (ie. PIM/DAM)
Experience with coordinating or administering digital content
Total comfort with learning new platforms, software, and systems and familiarity with CMSs
Experience working in a Scrum Agile environment
Copywriting and/or graphic design skills is a plus
Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills required
