Ever wondered about how you can begin a career in the beauty industry?

The L’Oréal Apprenticeship Program (1 year) offers you your first entry into the industry, and insight into how life at L’Oréal is like! Get involved with the inner workings of a successful, market-leading Beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people.

The world is moving towards e-Commerce platforms. Be in the team that will grow our online customer base and boost our performance across brands.

Fresh graduate of any local/overseas institutions; early career professionals with no more than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Apprenticeship Commitment: 1 year

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

Are you a driven individual keen to make a difference? Do you crave the opportunity to impact customer experience at scale?

We are looking to hire an apprentice for the Luxury Division E-Commerce team.

Be prepared to get hands-on with multiple L’Oréal brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CAMPAIGNS

  • Collaborate with various brands to align on the e-boutique campaign calendars
  • Support the timely and best-in-class execution of the campaigns from the preparation of the campaign briefs to liaison with vendors
  • Consolidate, maintain and analyse reports (e.g. sell-through) to provide actionable insights to improve campaigns’ performance
  • Consolidate and present campaign activations results to relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with creative agencies using global guidelines to produce and translate creatives into visual designs using photo design applications, so as to deliver effective user experience resulting in conversions
  • Ensure the accuracy of the campaign is followed through on staging to production environment

EMAILS

  • Collaborate with various brands to align on the e-boutique email calendars
  • Prepare email briefs with the consumer journey in mind and work with the vendor to dispatch them accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Maintain reports across all consumer lifecyle campaigns

ONSITE OPERATIONS

  • Support marketing activities with conversion rate optimisation via A/B testing and always-on campaigns
  • Assist to optimize the site landscape with a data-first mindset


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

  • Meticulous, eye for details
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Design Software
  • Good knowledge and interest in e-commerce platforms and consumer experience
  • High independence, takes ownership and able to deliver within tight timelines
  • Good sense of initiative and strong follow-up skills
  • Committed and resilient individual who is open to new adventures
  • Able to commit for the entire period of apprenticeship
