We are currently looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager/Key Account Manager to join our Professional Products Division in developing, monitoring and managing a portfolio of key accounts in accordance to with the strategy of division and brands.
• Create and implement annual business plan, taking into consideration all levers of growth: commercial, agreements, marketing actions, education, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms
• Apply and lead the commercial business strategy for your portfolio of customers to achieve sales targets and in-salon market share
• Monitor your accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
• Actively source and win new key customers
• Be the custodian for the image and policy of the brands towards customers to build brand equity in the market
• Drive salon transformation in the market, leveraging on digitalization tools, education, and brand innovations
• Establish a strong partnership with the accounts and key stakeholders of the salons, including engaging the hairstylists
• Build deep customer/market intelligence
• Co-ordinate with other functions on client activities (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department) to ensure smooth implementation
• At least 4-8 years sales experience, preferably in the professional hair industry
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Office Suites
• Proficient in presentation and analysis
• Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
• Keen interest in the beauty industry
• Has ability to seek new trends and opportunities based on data then turn it into sales
