Being part of the Active Cosmetics Division will give you direct influence in achieving our mission: to help everyone in their quest for healthy and beautiful skin.

We’re the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.

Our portfolio is composed of 6 brands offering a range of skincare and haircare across the world; Vichy, CeraVe and La Roche-Posay being just a few. The products respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin: from dermatological and aesthetics skincare to natural solutions, from the most accessible ranges to the most premium ones.

You will

TEAM MANAGEMENT
You will be responsible for upskilling Online Skin Experts to be the best in class and achieve retail targets.
Online Consultations coaching 
Set Omni channel targets/objectives
Manage team rotas, holiday and sickness 
Regularly deliver reporting and updating key stakeholders on team progress
You will be expected to host Online Consultations during key retail periods 

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & CONTENT CREATION
Supporting the Community team on maintaining 100% responsiveness across a number of touchpoints including social media and live chat, being completely focused on superior brand representation and customer service in all communications
Have regular communication with Customer Care to ensure a cohesive and exemplary consumer journey
Ensuring insights and consumer feedback are gathered and shared with wider stakeholders and brand teams 
Host live masterclasses and events across social media and live shopping platforms to educate consumers on their skin and suitable products for them. 
Create brand content in the form of blogs, images and videos to inspire and educate our consumers. 

BRAND & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE 
Responsible for researching and maintaining a strong skill base on beauty trends and product knowledge by using the company training manual, social media and attending, participating, and engaging in training and coaching provided, implementing learnings afterwards.
Maintain awareness of competitor products and activity 
Have excellent knowledge of skin types, needs, and skin analysis.
Maintain a strong understanding of social media and social trends.
Maintain a clear understanding of the brands vision.

You have

A background in skincare & excellent knowledge of skin, ingredients and how products work 

Experience in managing a team an advantage

Customer service experience in the beauty industry; counter, spa or salon 

Confidence in using digital tools MS teams, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey passion and master story telling

Strong computer and literacy skills

A sound understanding of data reporting 

Excellent ability to know how and when to lead and be a team player and be able to work collaboratively

Excellent time management with organizational and prioritization skills to manage workload and deliver KPIs in all parts of the role

Proactive approach to all aspect of the role whilst remaining agile when a reactive approach is required

Self-motivation, as the role involves solo work 

Able to convey the brand/ product messaging, with sound judgement, storytelling and expertise in all communications

Thrives in a creative and ever-changing environment 

Previous experience working as a skincare retail consultant is an advantage.
