Build, steer and implement a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international and local guidelines for Lifestyle & Niche fragrance brands:
? Develop a communication plan alongside the Head of Consumer Engagement
? Execute integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, key consumer moments events and our brand icons
? Work alongside Global Brand Teams to secure relevant approvals on influencer content and local events
? Develop and manage local events with production agency
? Media relations: manage all press, Influencer, and contracts
? Negotiate content for the brand – for both talent and brand channels (where relevant)
? Manage Media Partnerships for the brands in partnership with Media Manager
? Manage Influencer paid social (IG Branded Content & TikTok Spark Ads) alongside Media Manager
? Coordinate with the country corporate communication team
? Manage all day-to-day operations of the press office
? Manage internal communication for the Brand
? Develop the brand image internally
? Identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis
? Manage and develop communications intern
? Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to help implement their activations and combat barriers to purchase
SEVERAL YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN A PR / COMMS ROLE EITHER BRAND OR AGENCY SIDE. YOU SHOULD BE CONFIDENT DEMONSTRATING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Second-to-none press, influencer relationships
- Experience in end-to-end event production
- You have robust planning and organization skills – with the ability to re-priorities as required.
- You work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical assessment and interpretation. You track the success of campaigns and initiatives so you can communicate clear performance metrics.
- The mindset to think differently and to challenge Norms. You push boundaries with a test and learn mindset.
- A creative thinker and team player with a keen eye for detail
- Confidence in presenting
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook

- Experience using SAP finance database or a Purchase Order process (preferred)
