Communications & Advocacy Manager [La Roche-Posay, CeraVe & Vichy] will be responsible for the following:
Communication
Build and drive the Communications strategy for La Roche-Posay, CeraVe & Vichy in Ireland to increase coverage B2C across press, influencers and healthcare professionals
Deliver disruptive, high-impact and medically-anchored activations as well as a best in class always-on press office
Execute B2B2C strategy in partnership with the internal medical team to deliver thought leadership and authority coverage on important skin health topics
Partnerships
Own relationship with VIP ambassadors & Consultant Dermatologist spokespersons on behalf of La Roche-Posay, CeraVe & Vichy
Drive social and environmental agenda and sense of purpose for the brands in Ireland, including collaboration with local charity partners
Work closely with commercial & brand teams to deliver best-in-class retailer support plans
Digital
Deliver strategic, digital and ‘medical-first’ social brand campaigns aligned with the divisional values and mission
Drive social commerce strategy for Ireland in collaboration with digital team to support local business needs and market nuances
Reputation Management
Anticipate crisis, identify issues related to the brands and lead on reputation management, alongside the Head of Communications & Advocacy UKI, global, and Consumer Affairs & Engagement team
Support and advise the Head of Communications & Advocacy UKI on corporate communication topics
Performance
Establish ambitious targets for the brands across influencers, press & healthcare professionals, monitoring and cascading performance to the business
Strategically manage the Communications budget to drive strong ROI aligned to brand targets
Oversee and manage competitor data analysis and ongoing brand performance reviews, anticipating trends and driving reactive strategies to maintain share of voice
Team Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop strong collaboration and synergy with the wider UKI Communications and Brand teams, as well as global teams
Manage Social Brand Executive, developing them within their role and supporting their ongoing growth
Work closely with the UK Communications & Advocacy Managers across brands to ensure synergy and efficiency across both markets
Work closely with key stakeholders cross the business to drive collaboration including Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Education & Training, Medical
Work closely with Head of Communications & Advocacy UKI on key internal communications opportunities
Actively keep updated with PR, social media platforms, content trends, audiences, and industry news, and inspire wider teams
