Digital Projects and Services Lead, LUXE – Maternity Cover
As the Digital Projects and Services lead for LUXE, you are required to use judgement and business acumen to build and implement a coherent strategic roadmap for LUXE UK to support the ecommerce acceleration with EMEA Zone team and ensuring full alignment and support from all General Managers, Supply Chain, CMO & brand teams, maximizing on all available resources to us in the planning & prioritisation phase
•Participate in the definition of each project, cost model and overall objectives for the projects and work with cross functional teams to define, estimate and document the overall scope of such projects.
•Manage and prioritize these numerous projects from kick-off to completion, including the creation and communication of project schedules, budget tracking and ensuring all deliverables are met, quality control and regularly updating project status.
•Maintain and update the roadmap throughout the year and ensure clear communication to all stakeholders / continue to manage brand expectations / offer flexibility and be reactive to change in business climate
•Track project risks and decide on corrective measures and/or any trade-offs needed to achieve objectives and minimize delays and costs.
•Leverage interpersonal skills & rapport building to manage the allocated internal/external resources including Brand, Zone, EMEA IT, Key Users & third parties etc to get the most out of everyone to achieve the shared goal. Be a huge advocate of team spirit.
•Be empowered to make decisions & know the right level of escalation when necessary for project sponsors
•Clarify & simplify technical concepts / solutions to facilitate actions and decision making to other key stakeholders where necessary
•Ensure the relevant transmission of knowledge of the project is shared with future business owners and the development of expertise where possible across team members
•Ensure development of your own expertise, always acquiring new knowledge on IT solutions and new technological opportunities/ market trends.
•Continue to Support to all brands on centralizing all IT Support for bugs, change requests, tagging & services
•Manage the Assistant Digital Project Manager as the lead for all Digital Projects across LUXE.
•The key contact for Global Team, EMEA partners, UK Key Users etc
•Educated to degree level
•Highly numerate – strong analyticall
