What are key highlights of this role?
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Fragrance Education Manager who will be responsible for delivering the Fragrance education and engagement strategy for the Luxe Division, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute an exceptional experience, and learning environment.
Reporting into the Head of Fragrance Education, they will pioneer new collaborative ways of working between the brands and other tribes and will be a key part of achieving the business units strategic goals.
Our L’Oréal Luxe Fragrance division is made up of: Giorgio Armani, Mugler, Prada, Valentino, Viktor & Rolf, Diesel, Ralph Lauren, Cacharel, Azzaro, Maison Margiela
Passionate about and an expert in fragrance, you’ll be responsible for the education execution of this pillar to our Beauty Advisors across all retailers, as well as supporting the fragrance category across other Luxe Brand tribes.
You will have genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and exceptional customer experiences to ensure we are winning together!
The role will be within our hybrid model, travel and overnight required for specific Education events throughout the year.
