The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, chemists and traditional stores).
The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers. The Consumer Products Division includes popular brand such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline and Essie.
Lead the customer supply chain mission and relationships within the consumer products division, this role is key to continue our ambition to lead in Customer Supply Chain Management Excellence.
As a strong leader and business partner, you’ll lead the entire customer supply chain team and key relationships with our customers. This exciting role holds responsibility for continuously driving efficiencies both internally and
externally. Identifying key improvement projects, influencing senior stakeholders and developing the CSC team are key to success.
Responsibilities within the role will include:
•Manage multifunctional and business wide projects, with the aim to optimize the way we serve our customers.
•Work closely with key senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of our mission and action plans.
•Work closely with key customers in a true collaborative partnership, delivering against agreed internal and external KPIs. You will lead these work streams through your team.
•Continuously develop your team to create a strong internal talent pipeline.
•In short, you’ll be a leader with a strong voice, a team player within the Commercial Operations Mancom with a true multifunctional approach, driving continued
improvement and excellence striving to go above and beyond in the support of our customers.

•Supply Chain Knowledge/Experience: Excellent understanding of key Supply Chain functions including; Customer requirements, Physical Distribution, Cost To Serve and Stock
•Customer facing experience, with the ability to engage and influence our customers towards the execution of best practice.
•Project Management: Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills – able to work effectively to deadlines. With authority to lead change and engage stakeholders at all levels
of the business.
•Problem Solving Skills: Able to solve problems effectively and look for alternative solutions when challenged, whilst able to communicate new methods to others.
