What are key highlights of this role?
You will be responsible for the Re - Merchandising of all Product updates on the Makeup stands Translating the international vision into the UK environment and for ensuring the re-merch deadlines to be delivered 100% on time at all gates in line with CPA, and within budget
§Ownership of end to end Re-merch process: management of re-merch CPA (communicating dates to wider team and managing deadlines with suppliers and retailers). To manage the design and development of permanent stands from brief through to final production on time and within budget
§Planograms/ Artwork/SPRG: Preparation, briefing, checking and approval
§Administration: ensure all documents are being pulled together (J&L, line list, etc) as well as well as checking all the information are shared with all relevant stakeholders
§Agency management: liaising with agency on planning and live re-merches, and on in store implementation. Brief design agencies on the initiative and International direction and work together to design the complete visual appearance. Brief ‘tactical’ agencies to ensure we are on track to meet instore deadline
§Store maintenance: ensuring stores look their best and work closely with the agency to forecast spares and ensure minimum stock level; working closely with our area managers to keep the store at their higher standard
§Permanent Budget: responsible for build and maintenance of budget. Recording over/under spend, flagging issue and findings savings/efficiencies
§PO Management: PO raising for Perm
§Process Management: 1/ ensure efficient and accurate tester forecasting and 2/ manage tester orders for permanent (not promo) in your categories
§Communication: ensure appropriate channels are followed when getting initiatives signed off internally. Present designs and prototypes: secure management approval to progress projects at critical stages of development; keeping our area managers closed to any merchandising activities happening in their stores and building excellent relationships with our consultants.
