National Academy Manager - Professional Products Division

As a key member of the Education and Professional Development team in PPD you will lead, manage and deliver a seamless customer service experience to all guests entering our PPD academies UKI. You will work alongside the PPD education community and business teams in a varied and diverse role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. 

Reporting to the General Manager of Education and Professional Development you will ensure that the best quality of service and experience associated with PPD is conveyed to all stylists across all channels in a newly deployed O+O education business model. 

This role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers, supporting new launches and promotional activity as well as having the capacity to foster collaboration and information amongst all teams and brands.

You Will

Be responsible for the day to day running of all PPD academies (and satellite locations) with the ability to lead a diverse team 
Build a strategic plan in line with our PPD strategy driving new ways of working whilst implementing new standards with customer centricity  at the heart of every decision 
Excellent Budget Management, consistently monitor KPIs for quantitative and qualitative feedback
Identify training needs for our Education portfolio that are practical and on trend
Manage the annual room planner working alongside all PPD brands to ensure all are accommodated 
Have a high standard for Health and safety protocols
Have high attention to detail and capacity to organize eventing projects 
Coordinate events between brands and facilities 
Have an aptitude for our profession and convey professionalism at all levels of your work.
Be able to focus, achieve and exceed objectives set
Drive Academy standards, implementing developments where necessary

You Have 

Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organisation
Broad Education and overall business understanding with proven track record of successful project management
