National Account Manager (Field)  – L’Oreal Professionnel & Redken - PPD - Covering the UK & Ireland

In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.

You will
Have ownership of the commercial strategy
With support of the Senior National Account Manager, you will build bespoke and relevant strategies and plans of execution for each route to market (eCom, Store & telesales)
Turn data into insight into action, by working with available data sources and category management
Own and negotiate joint business planning process with the customer
Align on the objectives, goals, strategy & measures with customer to drive sell-out growth 
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive performance across areas of responsibilities
Work with other key Functions to ensure cohesive working practices across the business i.e. supply chain, marketing, demand planning
Will have sensitivity for brand priorities
Drive the marketing and education agenda, with particular focus on Access / digital education
Excellence of supply planning with customer supply chain team
Joint Commercial decision making with finance business partner, senior UK & European management
Manage and drive performance of the P&L - Gross Sales to Gross Profit
Minorations Control within budgeted levels
Maintenance of healthy levels of stock in trade
Accuracy of forecast/phasing
Pre & Post evaluation of activity to drive ROI and investment efficiencies
Growth of customers to budgeted levels
Growth of customer sell out to grow market share

You have
Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organisation. 
A solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
Experience of managing change - through rapid growth. 
Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
