Consumer Products Division


The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, pharmacy’s and retail stores). The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers. The Consumer Products Division includes popular brand such as L’Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup, Garnier, Maybelline & Essie. 



YOU WILL...


• Build the social strategy across all Maybelline, NYX PMU and Essie brands with action plans to grow our followers, engage and retain them
• Create organic and paid content across all Maybelline, NYX PMU and Essie brands. This also includes creation & management of the brand content calendar.
• Lead content creation with influencers, as well as manage all contracts and negotiations.
• Lead monthly social reporting and analysis of influencer campaign performance
• Manage social budget
• Feed regularly the teams with social/digital trends (content, formats, influencers, etc)
• Actively contribute to the 360 campaign activation planning
• Input into influencer eventing
• Manage the ongoing briefing to the customer care team of launches and everyday business

 

Measures of success:

• Number of followers across our social media channels
• Engagement (likes, view rates, comments, shares)
• For each campaign, identification of KPIs and performance against those specific KPIs/benchmarks
• Effective social budget management

• Comprehensive experience in social & content roles
• A track record in leading creation of high performing brand content and managing multiple social platforms
• Experience in leading brand social strategy within the beauty sector
• Confidence with social analytics
• Experience in working with and developing relationships with brand influencers.
• Passion for beauty
• Experience in the beauty industry is a bonus
