WHOLESALE ACTIVATION MANAGER - PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS DIVISION


The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair, skin and beauty products. The 11 brands within this division are L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Redken, Pureology, Matrix, Biolage, Décleor, Carita, Baxter of California and Pulp Riot. Our brands have made us the world leader in professional beauty products and one of the most dynamic places to pursue your career in the UK. 


YOU WILL...


• Reports into the Brand Business Manager
• Define the Indirect channel strategy in line with brand priorities and market opportunities
• Manage the implementation of the indirect marketing plan with a key focus on Top clients
• Develop consumer communication or adapt campaign along the consumer journey from pre-store, to in-store until post stores, heavily leveraging digital technologies and connected commerce
• Create and design POS materials for in store execution
• Drive brand equity and develop creative solutions to transform retail experiences
• Provide insights into budget building, track and monitor budget spend
• Competition monitoring

YOU HAVE....


• Strong planning and organisation skills – with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience of managing complexity and dealing with numerous stakeholders
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• A solutions orientated mindset
• Experience in producing and adapting point of sales materials with local agencies
• Commercial sensibility and customer experience is a plus
• Strong sensitivity to the beauty industry, product appreciation and an eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment
