Role requires a strong presence in the market when possible and close follow up on ground with the Beauty Advisors
-Set up the training calendar for the year along with the coaching priorities by region in KSA according opening plan, new joiners and marketing calendar.
-Fully organize and provide in class trainings to all KSA Beauty Advisors across the kingdom both retailers (Al Shaya + Lifestyle) and send full report after delivery the training.
-Prepare training materials, powerpoint slides content, key messages, must have knowledge. Adapted to the KSA region (will need Arabic translation)
- Ensure training needs are identified using the retail indicators along with the training evaluation by individual
-Educate BAs about makeup artistry. Follow up and evaluate training results and deliver training accordingly to ensure the teams are representing the brand to the highest standard.
-Manage all the logistics of training sessions (reserve meeting rooms, invite participants etc.)
-when all training class performed, coach BAs from top doors based on the individual development needs of the BAs
-Upskill the BAs in the areas of product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, retail excellence and make up application.
-Impersonate the brand image, artistry and transmit the values of the brand
-Be in charge of the onboarding and coaching of new comers for a successful integration within the brand
Sales “Business minded”:
Train all the new joiner and current team to the sales protocoles steps to achived perfect customers service and targets. Link selling as top priority for achieving main KPIs.
Monitor the field teams to achieve individual target by delivering outstanding customer service.
Build up and maintain a strong retailer connection and relationship by visit/meeting with key players (Ex: counterpart from the retailer side).
Share and consolidate customers’ feedback when on shop floor and insights from Bas and report it.
People management :
Motivate and develop the field team Beauty Advisors
Assure the training represent the brand DNA (decoration) and team fully undertand why the brand is unique vs competition.
Oversee the execution of field Coaching program in line with the Brand Trainer and BA development strategy including:
1. Observation of the current situation
2. Identify development needs by individual
3. Follow up evaluation & coaching plan per counter per BA to report of progress
4. Signal high potential individuals both in the brand & in the competition
5. Propose action for not well performing BAs (potential warnings/redundancies)
