KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

To define the communication strategy to develop the brands image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time. This role is responsible for our Active Cosmetics Division & Professional Products Division.

·         Build and implement a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity

·         Develop a communication plan with the division management committee, validated by the Corporate Communication Team

·         Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches & brand events

·         Manage media relations, including developing new media relations

·         Build a media-mapping & influencers-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand

·         Coordinate and validate plans with the country corporate communication team

·         Support and advise the Division GM on corporate communication topics

·         Build the image strategy of the GM (content and target)

·         Manage internal communication for the Brand

·         Build an internal communication plan in line with the external plan

·         Develop the brand image internally

·         develops day-to-day opportunities to analyze consumer insights & data and customize PR plans accordingly
