Summary
 
We are looking for a Retail and Education Manager to develop the business through retail sales and education strategy. He/she will be responsible to build and implement sales strategy with supplemental education plan to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure Retail Excellence at the POS, define specific Retail and Education action plans to consumers to guarantee brand image at the POS in connection with relevant departments (e.g. Marketing, Commercial, Merchandising)
  • Building commercial competency in BAs with regular tracking of sales & providing timely & strategic thinking to ensure commercial outputs are achieved.
  • Improve BAs Efficiency in the POS, coordinate and follow up BAs Individual Evaluation on objective criteria to assess 3 expertise include Brand - Products / Sales / Retail & Service. 
  • Analyze mystery Shoppers Results and sales KPIs with follow up actions to improve advocacy scores in our BAs. 
  • Define specific actions plans and modules and implement in the POS in connection with Commercial
  • Lead, coach, motivate and engage the field team to drive the optimal team performance and dynamics 
  • Contribute to the development of Retail and Education expertise of all field teams
  • Manage Budget of Retail and Education per brand in their training costs (trips, gifts, uniforms…) , training tools & support in the replacement of retail fixtures
  • Ensure the sellout results, market share, retail KPIs when available and Retail Excellence (Mystery Shopper result, Individual evaluation of BAs), and retention of the team including trainers and beauty advisors
Job Requirements: 
  • 5-7 years’ work experience in Skincare education and Retail environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and good commercial acumen
  • Analytical skills and capacity to identify opportunities and propose action plans
  • High sense of service
  • People orientated and able to motivate, coach and train staff
