SummaryWe are currently looking for a Trade Activation Manager to join us in leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for retailers.
Job Responsibilities
• To increase company sales by generating specific activities for key retailers through leveraging global brand position and category drivers levers as per guidelines
• This role exist to assist and support sales and marketing functions and associated business matters in Singapore.
• Drive shopper / consumer insight and develop shopper marketing strategies and drive the go-to-market plans for all channels
• Develop and execute trade marketing plans in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage trade marketing budget and commercial targets
• Identify opportunities at key trade moments to deliver retailer and consumer centric initiatives using consumer and shopper insights.
• Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Coordinate with vendors on execution of in-store activation and POSM development, production and implementation in full and on time.
• Participate in key retailer meetings with relevant account teams to ensure smooth progress on all trade plans and update the brand business unit in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• You have at least 3 years of experience as Marketing Professional within competitive, dynamic industries, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
• Have knowledge of beauty industry landscape and trends, and stay up to date with market, consumers and competitors
• Have proven track of records in running marketing campaigns / projects independently and influencing brand’s performance
• Have practical experience of MS Office use
• Have knowledge of market, consumer and brands and love building on categories shopper insights
• Analytic and detail-oriented professional
• Pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results
• Have great communication skills – ease in establishing network and building long term relations with customers
