Job Title : Atelier Cologne and Roger & Gallet Senior Product Manager

Reporting to : Marketing Manager

JOB CONTENT:

In charge of the rollout and optimization of 2 fragrances retail brands: Roger & gallet and Atelier Cologne, you will be able to showcase your entrepreneurial skills! This role encompasses a great mix of marketing, retail, digital and CRM



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

FSS OPENINGS & OPTIMIZATION OF EXISTING DISTRIBUTION:


·         Ensures proper brand implementation and respect of DMI guidelines

·         Participates in all retail design briefs and issues recommendations/localization on all DMI designs

·         Ensure optimization of existing distribution alongside business development team

·         Development of sellout action plans in all existing doors alongside business development team

·         Rationalization of assortment in existing distribution

·         Creation of decks and participation to all zone meeting/brand reviews



PRODUCTS/LAUNCHES:


  • Ensure proper implementation of 360 action plans for all novelties + seasonal animations (Window plan, animation tables, etc)

  • Responsible for launch sizing + pricing of all novelties

  • Responsible for sales forecasts accuracy and alignment with budget

  • Responsible to maintain/update assortment file + development of IN/OUT file

  • Deep dive analysis on: Competition review + need gap analysis

  • Product Assortment + performance review of all skus/franchise

  • Issues recommendation and development of sets or any local relevant animations

  • Feeds the teams with the latest fragrance launches/trends/store openings



IN-STORE EXPERIENCE/MERCHANDISING/CRM:


  • Reviews and localizes all selling tools and merchandising assets coming from DMI

  • Creation of unique experiences/exclusivity in free standing stores (retailtainment zone)

  • Development of Retail Bible (assortment/planos/list of tools/etc) along with business

  • Assists in all new store openings 

  • In charge of GAIA rollout alongside business development




DIGITAL/PR:


  • In charge of the management of the local Instagram account (posting, localization of content)

  • In charge of e-merchandising for e-retail

  • in charge of PR events and seeding on monyhtly basis with the help of the PR team


BUDGET:

  • Ensure proper tracking of LPO and budget

ideally 5+ years experience


Essential experience :

  • Retail expertise


Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of products/category
  • Research and market data analysis
  • Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
  • Knowledge of markets trends and consumers
  • Financial knowledge (P&L, S21, Cost of Goods, sales forecasts)
  • Media planning knowledge
  • Ability to adapt advertising creative material
  • Knowledge of the brand
