What are key highlights of this role?

In line with International strategy and working with the Senior Communications & Retail Social Media Manager, Luxe, build and implement a Communications, influencer/blogger and Retail Social media strategy for the Luxe Division portfolio of brands.

  • Responsibility gained via the organisation of the day to day running of press office

  • Management experience through supervision support of intern team member

  • Support from Senior Communications & Retail Social Media Manager in the development of good contacts with key press, influencers and retail social media contacts

  • Contribution to brand publications product presentations, pitching and advertorials where necessary

  • Support in answering media enquiries, sending product requests and forwarding product information

  • Commission photography, stylists, models etc, attending key shoots.

  • Budget support and responsibility experience in raising and tracking Purchase Order numbers

  • Organisation of a pre-series product tracker, offering the opportunity to work with marketing and logistics team members

  • Prepare monthly evaluation reports, along with weekly updates on status of coverage YTD

  • Lead role in the Make-up Artist credit programme for Luxe brands

  • Supporting role in the organisation of agreed product press launches throughout the year

  • Help to organise special luxury press trips with the Communications & Retail Social Media Manager
