Job Summary

The backbone of success at L’Oreal lies with our ability to operate and innovate with a customer-centric focus. The B2B Order Optimization Manager is responsible for leading and implementing solution based processes to drive the delivery of accurate orders, maximized fill rate, and on time arrival to our customers. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-channel order optimization team of 5 to 7 employees to achieve both customer expectations and organization objectives. 
  • Manage the cost to serve while maintaining strong relationship with Sales partners and customers
  • Develop technology/automation solutions to reduce low value work and increase focus on value added supply chain practices
  • Manage team order portfolio processes and ensure controls are in place
  • Partner with cross functional supply chain teams to ensure service to customers are at optimal levels across all aspects
  • Identify and implement ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Set standards and promote streamlined communication with our customers as well as across internal teams
  • Perform daily responsibilities such as respond to inquiries & requests from customers and cross functional teams, prepare & review reports and manage optimal daily order flow.   

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred; preferably in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • 5 years of related experience in a Supply Chain and/or Customer facing role
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills using Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI and SAP systems
  • AI / robotic process automation experience a plus
  • Effective at being a change agent to drive progress
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence to all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated approach to managing and developing a high performing team
  • Proven ability to identify and drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to understand impact of decisions and influence e2e functions across reporting lines #DDIR
