What You Will Do:

The Manager, IT SAP MM/WM is a hands-on role where you will support day-to-day operations of B2B/B2C supply chain systems which primarily focus on warehouse operations and Forecast to Stock processes. This position is responsible for performing research, analysis, design, architecture, and potentially project management in support of strategic B2B and B2C projects.   The primary role of this position is to be an SAP Forecast to Stock subject matter expert.  An in-depth knowledge of SAP supply chain modules (MM, SD, WM) with expertise in MM/WM is required.  Additional experience with and good understanding of 3PL (third-party logistics) processes and the related integrations is preferred. 

  • Provide technical support and guidance on project designs, production incidents, and business requests in SAP MM and WM business processes.
  • Lead and attend process design sessions with business users for gathering business requirements in various areas of supply chain processes such as planning, materials management, inventory management and physical flows, with particular focus on 3PL business processes and integration patterns with external systems.
  • Lead small projects and provide design direction on larger multi domain projects, such as migration from SAP-ECC to S4 HANA, while documenting applicable processes and flows
  • Manage resource assignments and priorities. Work with other functional managers to coordinate assignments/projects and other deliverables
  • Support the minor evolution process by clarifying requirements with the business, aligning on priorities, and ensuring the completed solution meets business expectations.
  • Support Anaplan replenishment and planning projects.
  • Ensure Core IT policies, procedures, and guidelines are adhered to while designing IT Solutions to add value to business
  • Build and maintain relationships with business users, BRM (business relationship managers),  other L’Oreal IT colleagues, and external vendors to foster teamwork and enable effective application delivery

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience required.
  • Overall functional knowledge of the Order to Cash, Forecast to Stock and Procure to Pay business processes in SAP.
  • Expertise on SAP MM/WM modules with basic understanding of 3PL warehouse solutions as well as other integrated SAP modules such as SD, and FICO modules
  • Strong MS Office skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment, interface with multiple teams (or individuals) and manage change
  • Ability to manage business users independently, be self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Ability to embrace new technologies in a constant evolving environment is a must
  • Minimal travel is required.
