This position will be responsible for all aspects E-Commerce Projects & Operations run. L’Oreal has implemented an Order Management Platform / Systems (OMS) to facilitate E-Commerce business with Market Places, and self-hosted eBoutique’s.
The role requires the individual to work closely with various teams across the organization, also external key stakeholders. (Internal IT teams, supply chain operations, key business users, OMS partner, marketplaces, store operations, CRM, and digital teams)
Key Job Accountabilities:
§ Learn and understand the OMS platform and all systems integrated around it to help effective E-Commerce (D2C Channel – Direct to Consumer)
§ Lead and drive projects and new business initiatives. Work closely with OMS partner (project managers, delivery teams & support teams).
§ Liaise with business stakeholders, key users, OMS partner, other IT functions, for BRD build & functional specifications for new business scenarios and conceptualization.
§ Drive systems integrations, mapping data elements, defining system logic, SIT, UAT and delivery of the product in close working engagement with peers and other stake holders.
§ Support Integrations across platforms: OMS, SAP, master data tools, marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee), and other integration platforms and relevant systems, partners.
§ Be involved in security assessment and work closely with Cyber Security team to help analyze and deploy the right solution in compliance as per group
Functional & Technical skills / experience
Education & Qualification:
Total experience between 07-12 years. Min. 4-6 years of experience working in any of following industry,
E-commerce environment, Order Management System, E-commerce marketplace.
Language: Fluency in English
Travel: Some (limited) travel across Asia Pacific/ASEAN region
Preference: Preferably worked in a multi-national company, E-Commerce organization, consulting firm
