What You Will Do
L’Oréal USA is looking for a passionate, bright, and energetic social-obsessed candidate to join the Business Acceleration team, to lead the growth of social commerce businesses. Social commerce is a fast-paced space that requires a strong entrepreneurial ability to build and deliver success at a fast-paced speed while also staying ‘in the know’ about all things social commerce. 
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the social commerce space, specifically within platforms like TikTok.  We are looking for someone with a creator and affiliate experience, who is self-starter that focuses on results. The candidate should have experience using analytics and data to drive the growth and success of an online business. Role will focus on leveraging social expertise to create consumer-centric content for the brands, partner with top affiliates, create seeding strategy, and leverage commerce tactics. The ideal candidate will bring the spirit of entrepreneurship and agility to keep up with the growing nature and scope of the project. Collaboration and integration into brand teams will be critical for success in this role.
 
Overall Responsibilities

  • Embed self as part of the brand teams, driving social commerce specific activations (examples: affiliate, unique content, events, & livestreaming). 
  • Co-create activations for launches & key brand moments that will drive social commerce forward
  • Build brand-specific social commerce programs that will attract top-tier creator affiliates
  • Develop and nurture relationships with VIP creators
  • Partner with agencies and in-house teams to build a roadmap of activations and execute with excellence
  • Stay up to date with social commerce trends and affiliate programs across the social platforms
  • Utilize key insights and learnings from the market to drive social commerce sales

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills building trusting partnerships and building a strong communications strategy and network.
  • Strategic thinking, impeccable organizational skills, a talent for process management and relationship building, and ability to influence effectively.
  • Aptitude for working both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Experience liaising between business and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with managing vendor relationships, including but not limited to budgeting, briefing.

  • Salary Range: $100,400 – 143,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
