Section 2: Job Summary:

 

The incumbent for this position will manage and drive the implementation of a process in ACD to actively analyze, troubleshoot and solve for non-compliance chargebacks & shortage claims from retailers. The incumbent will work closely with cross functional teams and will be responsible for holding teams accountable, maintain a monthly tracker and create & distribute keep performance indicator reports to senior management. The incumbent will work closely with the deductions teams and account managers to support the reduction of fines and the implementation of sustainable solutions.

 

Section 3: Job Requirements:

 

  • Required: BA/BS degree
  • Required: 5+ years business experience
  • Required: SAP systems knowledge. Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook

Incumbent should possess:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proven ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Proven ability to improve processes and department efficiencies, strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and drive change across multiple teams
  • Customer-facing experience (US retailers) & OTIF experience is preferred

 

 

Section 4: Judgment and Decision Making:

 

Judgment and decision making for this position will be intermittent.  (Judgment and decision making shall involve methods to resolve items impacting accounts receivable, dispute process with customers AP)

 

 

 

 

Section 5: Financial Scope (if applicable):

 

Position will directly influence processes to improve supply chain cost and customer P & L by driving the reduction of non-compliance fines from ACD retailers.

 

 

Sections 6: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

 

 
   

1. Implement monthly tracker for top ACD accounts with key challenges, actions, owner, timing as part of a    monthly process with key cross functional teams to review & implement sustainable change.

   

2. Develop and implement monthly process for review & solution-driven discussions with cross functional teams (including but not limited to customer service, transportation, finance, DC, EDI, supply planning, sales) to actively reduce non-compliance retailer fees

   

3. Influence cross-functional operations teams, hold them accountable and drive action

   

4.  Develop & prepare various Management reports including, but not limited to, KPI, Penalties Budgets & Trends

   

5. Work closely with account supply chain managers for detailed analysis and troubleshooting & reporting

   

7. Assist deductions team in dispute process & analysis

   

8. Work closely with commercial & account supply chain teams to drive operational efficiencies to reduce fines

   

8. Assist deductions teams in collection efforts of problematic deductions that have been escalated by engaging commercial teams & customer supply chain teams

   

10.Participate in deduction calls with Sales and Finance team to collaborate and resolve issues related to non-compliance
