The Manager – Data & Analytics is responsible for delivering data management capabilities, analytical insights, internal training and business-critical reporting to deliver the business objectives of the US Planning – Operations team.  This role helps to maximize our competitive advantage by enabling end-to-end supply chain integration and embedding data-driven, data-analytic thinking and processes throughout the organization and with our retail partners.   This role is directly responsible for maintaining mission-critical database and information architectures.  The role is a key enabler for the Demand-Supply and Customer Supply Chain teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems or Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, or other quantitative business discipline
  • Masters degree in Business Analytics preferred.
  • 5+ years work experience preferably within a FMCG industry; direct forecasting, modeling experience helpful.  Basic knowledge of supply chain operations required.  Data management proficiency essential.
  • Software Skills: Advanced Excel including ODBC, OLAP, Access, PowerBI expertise, experience with multi-dimensional data models; experience with a forecast modeling tool helpful, experience with SAP, Anaplan, Oracle Essbase preferred
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Data management/databases
    • Use of quantitative methods to analyze situations and solve business problems
    • OLAP tools
    • Mass market retail environment
    • Consumer marketing
    • Supply chain operations
    • Sales operations and CPG commercial strategies
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to work cross functionally, build relationships and excel in a team environment are essential
