What You Will Do:

The Ecommerce Manager will support all online business initiatives and strategies, with a focus on maximizing sales and conversion. This person will be responsible for managing website related projects, existing systems, promotions, site testing, and site content.

This role will work closely with multiple internal departments and vendors to manage site merchandising, including management of online product categories and the day-to-day execution of site merchandising. This role will play a key part in onsite marketing and merchandising efforts, analyzing website performance and competitive trends. This role will also play a vital role in site inventory management, usability, site search, category refinement, and user data to ensure Pureology delivers a seamless customer experience.

• Manage the site experience and support with repeat and retention efforts. This includes site merchandising, managing promotions, site content and inventory management.
• Manage the Marketing calendar and support with new features and site enhancements. This individual will help strategize and execute best-in-class digital projects to meet our brands objectives and business needs.
• Help strategize and execute best-in-class digital projects to meet our brands objectives and business needs by working proactively cross-functionally and supporting initiatives to drive personalized experiences.
• Work closely with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, Content, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Le Search, SEO, Customer service and the DMI.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce business focused on driving sales and growth with measurable results
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across a matrixed environment 
• Strong project management skills 
• Demonstrates strong digital vision, enthusiastic and passionate about digital
• Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms Technical Skills (i.e., SAP, MS Office, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct to Consumer experience
• Salesforce experience

• Salary Range: $110,400.00 - $143,000.00 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
