Manager – eCommerce Customer Marketing

Mission and defining characteristics:

Lead the marketing levers for Amazon, including account-specific content, vine, and search/media

Liaison with marketing and key person in charge of bringing national brand vision to life

Proactively brainstorm and develop 360 degree, omnichannel retailer programs

Drive sales with a focus on ROI and ROAS

Main tasks:

Drive Sales via Traffic

Drive sales via amazon search and amazon advertising investments 

Work intimately with the National Shopper Marke
ting / eShopper team(s) to bring to life our brand equity in coexistence with our retailers DNA via content, Amazon brand store experiences, and merch programs.  

Develop Amazon-specific programs for retailers that maximize engagement

Incorporate competitive learnings for effective account specific planning

 Work closely with commercial team to align Amazon marketing and media strategies with financial and assortment goals

Grow the Shopper Base /Acquisition

Use shopper insights to active key levers that will acquire new consumers to the brand on Amazon

Understand in depth customer shopper behaviors

Grow shopper base and loyalty to our brand and to the retailer


Creator and Visionary 

Brainstorm and create strategic account  marketing initiatives

Ensure support and alignment between sales and marketing on national activations leading to Amazon.


Qualifications / Experience:

3-5  years experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Media roles, Amazon-specific preferred

Deep understanding of consumer packaged goods industry

Strong understanding of promotional tactics and various marketing vehicles

Track record of driving insights and strategically sound marketing programs

Strong ability to build trusting relationships with client and innovate in a collaborative manner
