Marketing Junior

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Carry out specific projects and assignments as part of a planned integration and development programme; develop your marketing expertise and your knowledge of the L’Oreal organisation.

 

·         Projects and assignments are designed to prepare the trainee for future responsibilites, they may vary according to the country, division and the scope of business. Examples of activity :

·         Meet sales objectives set for stage route period

·         Monitor a project/assignment and meet set objectives

·         Prepare insight memo for management to bring a personal perspective to markets, competition, L’Oréal product positioning and organisation

·         Actively participate in the activities of the department (e.g. meetings, conferences)

YOUR PROFILE

·         You have a master degree (preferably economics, marketing or similar)

·         You are at least bilingual NL and /or FR + EN
