· Drive integrated media strategy in line with business objective

· Lead on media KPI setting reframe across whole consumer decision journey, build golden rules on top of evolving media trends to continuously optimize by platform/format media mix that to drive the efficiency.
· Build internal capability of holistic consumer experience of touch point understanding and media ecosystem, maximizing short-term and long-term ROI from media standpoint, so that drive sustainable business growth
· Developing team for holistic social platform planning and competition strategy decoding.
