MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (M/F)

based in Ljubljana

L’Oréal’s Active Cosmetics Division is the world leader in dermocosmetics, thanks to its highly complementary brands, developed and endorsed by health professionals - dermatologists, pediatricians, cosmetic doctors. The Active Cosmetics Division brands – like Vichy, La Roche- Posay, CeraVe - meet a range of different skin care needs from normal to blemish-proned, in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, and medi-spas.

To strengthen our team in Active Cosmetics Division,  we are looking for an important role of a Medical representative (m/f) who will have the following impact:

• Visiting targeted physicians : respecting of the target field
• Usage of the product communication scheduled in the visit cycle: preparation of visits, implementation of communication techniques, visit report
• Knowing the environment : medical structure of the field, associations, opinion leaders, influence trends, prescription leaders
• Analysing of his/her own results and competitors’ results: proposing and anticipating
• Proposing a sectorial action plan, in a results logic: return on investment
• Supervision of competitors: react, anticipate and propose solutions
• Maintaining his/her training level at the highest: products, techniques, evolutions of the job
• Participating actively to the public relations actions undertaken by the laboratory and organizes his/her own public relations actions

IDEAL PROFILE:

·        Has obtained  high school diploma or bachelor degree , preferably in natural / medical sciences: pharmacy, cosmetology, veterinary medicine, biotechnology, stomatology

·         Preferably has 2-3 years of experience on a similar position

·         Preferably has experience in pharmaceutical industry / dermocosmetics companies

·         Has highly developed organizational and analytical skills

·         Is proactive, curios and creative nature, high motivation to learn

·         Has good communication skills and the ability to interact with people

·         Has good computer knowledge (MS Office)

·         Has active knowledge of English and native Slovenian

·         Has category B driving license
