What are key highlights of this role?
The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair care, styling and colouring products. The 8 brands within this division are L’Oréal Professionnel, Mizani, Redken, Pureology, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Matrix and Essie Professionnel.
As part of the Redken Sales Team you will focus on conquesting and drive the growth of the brand through securing new business. You will also support the Sales team by working with current accounts to cover vacancies and absence, whilst growing your understanding of business development with the aim of progressing to managing your own territory within 1 – 2 years (dependent on opportunity).
You will need to be flexible to travel across the UK and stay away from home as required. You would ideally be based around Birmingham/Manchester with good travel links to the North of England.
