Mobile Fragrance Advisor

Established in 2009, Atelier Cologne is the first Maison de Parfum creating Pure Perfumes inspired by the legendary Eau de Cologne. With our ever growing range of scents, we have something to suit everybody. If you are passionate about fragrance with an urban edge, this could be a great opportunity for you. As a mobile fragrance advisor you will be responsible for driving the retail sales performance across multiple accounts, liaising with in-store retail management and Retail Business Manager to ensure stock levels and sales opportunities are maximised in all doors.

Key Responsibilities

·         Drive retail

·         Achieve account targets

·         Ensure brand image is maintained at all times

·         Build in store relationships

·         To complete all paperwork accurately and on time

·         Comply with the company grooming policy standards, to reflect a luxury image

·         Retail excellence – store standards

Commerciality

·         Follow performance to ensure targets are met

·         Adhere to “Be the Best” and ensure exemplary customer service

·         Know your stores objectives as well as the company

·         Be aware of competitors launches and activity, in all accounts

·         Do outside events to grow the awareness of the brands and drive retail wherever possible

·         Build strong business plans around your accounts, activity, launches – in line with National account strategy

Brand / Product Awareness

·         Full knowledge of Designer Fragrances portfolio

·         Attend all training seminars

·         Prepare well for launches/activity

·         Follow merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image/awareness

Interacting Effectively

·         Build and maintain strong in store relations, adhere to any store policies and procedures

·         Ensure frequent and thorough communication with Retail Business Manager

·         Support the Retail Business Manager with communication and coaching of promotional and generic staff
