ABOUT THE JOB
•Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will be instrumental in leading the consumer division national field sales force
•You will be able to communicate and deliver retail sales targets through the field teams
•You will be accountable for sales reporting, stock management and merchandising
•Coordination and management of product launches and promotions.
•Analyzing new product sales to ensure that opportunities are being maximized
•Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to drive individual store's productivity and overall performance
•Setting, tracking and driving sales and service goals in line with company expectations
•Identifying and meeting all staff training needs- this includes recruitment, coaching and performance management
•You will have proven experience within a state management or national field sales management role ideally within the FMCG/ retail industry
•Proven experience in leading, building, coaching and driving a team is essential for this role
•You will demonstrate a positive and collaborative approach and it is essential that you have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Our 'high street' division, Consumer Products Division, offers a wide range of colouring, hair care, make-up and skincare brands through main retail channels such as supermarkets and chemists with brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, NYX Professional Makeup & Essie.
