About the role
We are seeking a National Account Executive to join our variety account team. Working closely with BIG W you will be entrepreneurial in approach and bring an ambition, which can be delivered while being able to balance the commercial and strategic priorities of a key account. With ownership for developing account strategies, you will embody the brands you represent by developing long-term relationships with key decision makers. In addition you will:
• Develop credible relationships across the BIG W account, delivering integrated strategies to help shape their growth plans, becoming the supplier of choice
• Build commercial plans for the BIG W account from conceptualisation to execution
• Provide analytical and financial data to support strategic decisions such as sell in and launch platforms
• Negotiate commercial arrangements with BIG W for product launches and promotions
• Work with external stakeholders to develop accurate stock and sell out forecasts
To be successful in this role, you will have strong commercial account management experience within a FMCG environment. A natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set you will be able to influence those around you to drive account growth. Possessing gravitas and strong communication skills you will be able to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your key account to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Your commercial approach will set you apart as will your conviction and resilience.
