Responsible in National Sales Target/Objectives on Sell In & Sell Out of Kerastase nationwide and its detail brand implementation in the salon through Education & Commercial (Retail & Technical) Excellence.
Pilot their performances and their KPIs on sell in and sell out drivers. Set team individual qualitative and quantitative objectives (turnover, launches, assortment, space and visibility, training, incentives, promotional animations, etc.) according to the region, channel.
Allow an efficient communication flow between the different stakeholder (Field / headquarter, retailer’s and stores).
To foster and drive efficiently the sell-out through ensuring the best technical mastery of brand products in Stores.
Impersonate and transmit brand values to the distribution
Identify professional talents in the market, recruit, train and promote them as trainers ( hairdressers)
Train the technical education teams on new modules, engage sales & mktg teams around education
Keep an eye on competition and report qualitative feedback from the field
Develop the country’s training program, in line with the marketing plan
Recruit, develop and manage his/her teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how
