YOUR MT PROGRAM JOURNEY

Our Management Trainee Program (12 months) is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in different key business functions of our organisation, based in 1 entity with potential exposure to either of the 4 divisions and over 16 brands.

Commercial

Jack has strong commercial fundamentals and a very strong data analytical skillset. He contributes uniquely in developing a customer centric business built on strong fundamentals of optimization. He works closely with the commercial team on their business plan alignment with retailers providing powerful shopper and category insights. He also uses his analytical skills to support multifunctional teams in identifying effective optimization opportunities on Pricing, Promotion, Trade terms, Category/ Product/ Channel/ Customer mix management. He brings valuable insights to important commercial decisions and contributes significant value to our business.


If you are a university graduate with preferably a Finance major (with no more than 2 years of formal work experience) and has strong analytical skillset, we want you!

Data
Mike focuses on turning insights into actionable execution plan by identifying and extracting the right data sources for analysis. This allows him to influence key stakeholders to implement solutions that helps bring value to the business. He also plays a significant role to design research and analytics frameworks that can empower the business to make the best decisions. 

If you are a university graduate (Bachelor/Masters) in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or Computer Science (with no more than 2 years of formal working experience), proficient in data analytics tools (i.e., Excel, PowerBI) and has basic SQL knowledge, we want you!

Digital & E-Commerce
Jamie works along-side regional brand and ecommerce teams to develop holistic campaign strategies, and articulate digital strategies and channel recommendations to local markets. He also plays a significant role in driving new innovative projects on digital and ecommerce by leveraging Ad Tech and Mar Tech capabilities. Jamie is driven towards maximizing brands’ sales performance and conversions across different online channels using his strong expertise in data analytics and insights generation.

If you are a university graduate in any disciplines (with no more than 2 years of formal work experience) and has the know-how of digital advertising & tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik-Tok ads as well as SEO, Website planning, Social content strategy and analytics), we want you!

Finance
Alicia leads controlling efficiency projects partnering directly with business units in a consultative business partner capacity. She also plays a high added value role in developing long-term strategies that directly impacted the division’s financial performance and contribute to its growth dynamics.

Marketing
Nick contributes significantly to continued growth for our brand and the consumer relationship by supporting our brand portfolio development. He works closely with country and international brands teams to identify relevant consumer and market insights to develop strong solutions in line with consumer needs. He collaborates with our teams in the countries to build an integrated and engaging consumer brand experience, including providing support in local adaptation of communication material. Nick is a passionate consumer centric marketing professional who brings strong creative skills and collaboration mindset to develop our brands in the region.

If you are a university graduate in any disciplines (with no more than 2 years of formal work experience) and is curious to develop skills in Brand Development, we want you!

Supply Chain

Selina works closely with our sales, marketing and management control teams to coordinate the market launches of new products and promotional campaigns, providing consumers with an outstanding catalogue of products and brands through demand and supply planning. It is a role backed by sales forecasts and revenue building for our divisions’ marketing and retail clients.

If you are a university graduate in any disciplines (with no more than 2 years of formal work experience) and has strong analytical skillset, we want you!

Retail Design

Benny contributes significantly to the development of retail image through all elements of counter design. He develops the communication tools to transmit brand values and identity, and implement merchandising solutions in accordance to brand objectives. Benny is passionate consumer centric retail design professional who brings high quality consumer experience to all.

If you are a university graduate with preferably a interior/industry design degree (with no more than 2 years of formal work experience), and has proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketchup, we want you!

Human Resources

Zach loves people, and more importantly every topic that has to do with people. He is great around the employees and more importantly, invested in people development and engagement! With an ambition to succeed and an eye for detail, Zach makes a great business partner. He actively collaborates with our managers to drive impactful engagement through orchestrating exciting initiatives on campus, creating a buzz and a strong Employer Brand amongst young talents.

We take great pride in our Management Trainees, and great respect in the work that you do. As such, your training and development plan and individual learning journey throughout the program is key to us.

The MT Development Program has 3 core components:

Rotations

  • Each MT typically goes through few impactful rotations in 1 entity
  • 4-6 months duration per rotation
  • Specific projects assigned for each rotation with performance objectives
