The Requirements are:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably Business, Finance, and Accounting)
- Maximum 2 years of experience - less than 2 years can apply.
- Active in organizations and internships relevant to the MT streamline that they are applying (in FMCG and/or beauty industry)
- Proactive and has good learning agility.
- Able to adapt and work in a matrix organization with teams from diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, beliefs, etc.
