Responsibilities:
- Brand and Campaign Management:
- Define and guide the country brand strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship
- Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
- Identify growth levers and define brand strategic directions and marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities.
- Strategically develop marketing calendar and formulate marketing objectives and strategy which align with brand objectives.
- Lead the marketing mix strategies and the adaptation of communication materials
- Manage, Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (Digital, Ecommerce, Commercial, Education, Supply Chain, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy Preparing monthly business meetings with presentation on business updates, market insights & upcoming plans with clear key messages for senior management
- Manage the media and creative agencies on meeting the brand’s full year deliverables
- Generate maximum publicity for the brand through PR, online and digital mechanism
- Plan and implement consumer events, marketing events and store activities
- Product Management:
- Define the strategic orientations and the 3-5 year brand plan & monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal)
- Take ownership of local launches and create the right narrative locally to build integrated, engaging brand experiences. Supervise the entire development process, ensure highest standard of execution in line with brand image
- Implement new product launch plan and prepare both qualitative and quantitative analysis of each launch
- Sales Achievement:
- Monitor sales result and prepare contingency plan if needed
- Research and implement promotional activities to maximize growth
- Identifying opportunities and gaps for the brand based on data analysis / research
- Ensure monthly sales forecast accuracy is meeting KPI
- Budget Management:
- Responsible, manage and control A&P budget. Ensure that all spending are cost effective and supported marketing strategies
- Team Management
- Build, develop and coach your team, develop their marketing expertise and know-how; groom future leaders for the brand
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of experience in brand/product management from Consumer Goods/Retail/Luxury Goods company
- Highly agile and a go-getter
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses excellent leadership, people management and stakeholder management skills
- Has appreciation or passion in the luxury beauty and cosmetics industry
